MEAS ensures timely help and emergency medical intervention for the elderly through a smart, lightweight wristband with a one-touch alert button. When an alert is triggered, the NAC despatches our staff and an ambulance to reach the member. The member is taken to a renowned, pre-decided hospital and emergency medical aid is provided at the earliest.
Well@Home - Developed in partnership with Tech Mahindra, Well@Home is MEAS coupled with Remote Health Monitoring Solution that helps to capture the data and allows the member’s doctor to access it, as and when required. Our Alarm Centre can also access this data. This solution is customised such that the member’s doctor can even define the health parameters to be measured and define medical rules, basis the thresholds. This information is also useful in scheduling doctor visits.
MedicAssist@Home - This holistic solution not only takes care of the medical needs of the member, including 24X7 medical emergency help and remote health monitoring, but also other day-to-day needs. It often becomes cumbersome for the elderly to remember small details, so we have also set up a system to take care of their domestic expense reimbursements and utility payments. A dedicated care manager is assigned to ensure the smooth implementation of this solution. This includes MEAS, Remote Health Monitoring, Medical Logistics Management, Weekly visits and Daily Call
The Silver Circle - This platform improves the quality of life of elders through a community-based approach to the concepts of life-long learning, positive engagement and self-actualisation.
Out of Home Assistance - Our staff visits the member for fixed duration of 1.5 hours per visit every week on a pre-defined and mutually agreed day and time to help with out-of-home work—work at the bank or post office; accompany member to salon, diagnostics or doctor's chamber; utility bill payment/utility booking; and other support to help the member live independently.
Digital Tracking and Monitoring - This service allows the member or care sponsor to have access to both basic and advanced health parameters of member and also communicate with the family physician.
Medical Logistics Management - We manage and track the complete Medical Logistics of the member, thereby providing the member and/or their care sponsor more peace of mind in terms of a single point of contact. This dedicated care manager will help in taking appointments and visiting the doctor, scheduling and taking the member for diagnostic tests and procedures, planning and preparing for a visit to the doctor or the diagnostic test centre, collecting medical reports, tracking medicine purchase, stocking, and stock-taking, updating and sending data to the member or care sponsor.

There is another Supplementary Solution, Expense Reimbursement Service (ERS), which is available to members who opt for any Core Solution. The service charge is 10% of the amount transferred plus applicable GST or Rs 3000/- plus applicable GST, whichever is lower, per transaction below transfer value of Rs 50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only). The balance amount (post deduction of service charges and taxes) will be used for expense / reimbursement purpose. In case the amount transferred by the member/ sponsor / next of kin is greater than or equal to Rs. 50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) in a single transaction, then the service charge applicable will be 10% of the amount transferred plus applicable GST for that transaction. The balance amount (post deduction of service charges and taxes) will be used for expense / reimbursement purpose.
